In fact my very first steps with Filter Effects. Using aboundantly the "Melt" effect bundled in the development version. That's one of the reason they are a little bit heavy. I systematically removed its Convolve Matrix Primitive and reduced the blur to nearly zero. Another one used also to build them was "Inkbleed". DON'T BE WORRY if at the moment, the navigators are unable to display correctly most of my filters. Inkscape display them nicely and export them as you see here. UPDATED on 2009 January 20 with ten new ones. Perhaps I should have called them "Plastic Letters". The last ones have glow and transparency effects. I placed a background to show it better. Specular light added to some of the contour effects. A little bit grainy because of Inkscape specular light limitations, but not a too big problem. Well adapted to small filled shapes too.
